Vacuum coating technology
Vacuum coating technology is a new technology developed in recent years. The principle of it is solid metal (such as aluminum, etc.) in the condition of high vacuum heat gasification, then to molecules or atoms form sedimentary in the substrate surface, thus forming a thin layer of metal film on the surface of the plating. Due to the metal after gasification evenly distributed in the coating machine cavity in the body, so, usually, the formation of the metal film on the surface of the plating is very uniform.
The development of vacuum coating technology and vacuum coating of oil development success is inseparable. In a sense, we can say, even without vacuum coating of oil, there is no vacuum coating. This is decided by the effect of vacuum coating of oil. In the process of vacuum coating, coating of oil to play the role of a strong bonding pieces and metal film plated (i.e., as the plating pieces of floor coating); After vacuum coating, should be coated with a layer of oil coating on the surface of the plating, then the oil and protect the metal film and dyeing effect (i.e., as a plating coating). Most of the material before a coating, must be coated with a thin layer of oil coating on the surface of the plating, thoroughly dry again after coating, otherwise, the plating on the metal film off, with the hand gently wipe away. In the process of vacuum coating, coating quality depends greatly on the quality of the coating.
Compared with the traditional method of plating, vacuum coating technology has many advantages, such as adornment effect is good, strong metal feeling, the cost is low (about 1/3 to 1/2 of traditional electroplating), low pollution, easy operation, etc. Especially on the application of nonmetallic objects, has incomparable advantage over traditional electroplating. In view of this, vacuum coating has been widely used in all kinds of plastic, ceramic, glass, wax, wood products, such as surface metallization.
